How do muslims feel about the way indian/hindu women dress?

is it haram in islam? indian women seem to not have a problem exposing the midsection.

There are many muslims who have no problem with wearing bikinis let alone exposing the midsection, as indeed many muslims drink and so on, one should not believe that muslims are all fundamentalists there are many moderates out there too.
