how should i design my net blouse for my saree?

frds few days back my husband gifted me a very beautiful designer brasso saree which is white in clour and a very thin red color bordre and with red and brown color something is written on tht.. and it has a red colour netted blouse piece but i dont understand how should i stich blouse for ths.. i thought about bit deep neck and full sleeves will it be ok..??
plz suggest..
