Hw to start wearing sleeveless blouses in office?
I am bengali woman of 39.....working in a bank,frm a bit conservetive family.For some reason If I want to strat wearing Sleeveless blouse in workplace.I have never used it before by the way.How to be prepared pls suggest.
NB: I do wear only Saris(In my designation I need not to get permission frm anybdy reg my dress)

You can start with short sleeves. Then cap-sleeves. These are very short sleeves just covering the shoulder and less than half as short as short sleeves. When you’ve reached your comfort zone, sleevless won’t seem like such a big leap.

well you can start by bringing a sweater to work with your sleeveless blouse and like if you get warm you can tie it around your neck.
and soon people will see you wear sleeveless blouses and they will accept it

wear the sleeveless blouse under a jack or sweater that you can remove.
don’t forget to shave your arm pits and wear a nice under arm deodorant such as "dove" to keep your underarms smooth.

Wear a thin, white blouse with buttons. Very feminine, but not transparent. Show your shaved armpits. When combined with conservative skirt and high heels, you will look very classy and decent. Also, wear sweater so can have cover in meetings, etc. Also, with sweater, when take it off, the impact of your pretty figure and arms and armpits will attract men, but with respect.

first of all maintain ur figure at this age. then be confident in what u wear. u wear transparent sarees with deep navel and deep cut blouses. if u like exposing go ahead. just see that right boob is also seen and wear four to five pleated pallu.
