i am curious why do some Muslims parents(?) feed their grown child on a holiuday?

I am not offending you, in fact your religion is quite interesting, really...

My freind has soime picture she shows on her facebook home page.
And on Ramadan pictures, she is wearing a dress(?) or sari (?) ?
and her mother, Father, and sister each take turns feeding her ... and other way around....

not in every picture, but it says under her picture...

and if you think i am insulting her, she is my best freind.
thank you people, can't check best answer untill tomorrow =0 :)

long dresses is the righteous dress for Muslims, according to religion
it is not culture or traditions at all
some mothers spoil their kids by feeding to late age
which make these kids may annoy or bather their mothers by refusing food so
    mother keep doing this

,but this does not happen too much in this generation
my daughters never do this with my grandsons

am not insulting too cz I am Muslim and I believe you
too that u r not insulting her

    we have many Christian friends.
It’s essential part and condition of our religion to believe in JESUS peace to be upon him.but u have the right to be curious

It is a tradition. No deep meaning or reason to it. It just is.

Must be a cultural thing. I don’t think Islam has anything to do with that.

I don’t think it has much to do with our religion. Maybe they are just having fun.

I think everyone’s mom still thinks of there kids as babies. Even mine! It’s kind of annoying but whatever I love her.

Do you ask God to increase your power to do good and to decrease your abiilty to do bad?

It’s not a religious thing. It’s just a cultural/traditional thing. Just like on a birthday, we feed each other cake, lol. Just for fun and to show that we care.

    Every family is different =)
