Indian Sweet SIXTEEN party & Dress?
hey there, I wanna have a sweet 16 party, but i dont know if i should have a big party or a small get together with like 10 friends in my house.
im indian so i kinda have to be traditional...
should i try to find a short sleeved dress?
or wear a traditional indian outfit ( aka sari or a long skirt and blouse)
i don;t know if i have a big party my family and church people will look down at me because i would wear "American" dress.
I really wish i could wear a strapless mini or long dress but i know thats nexer gonna happen.
suggestions? comments? whatever?

Well it’s your birthday. & deffinetly try and ask ur parent’s to let you wear an "Strap less dress". If they don’t like that idea so much wear something that covers a bit more.
