Indian Wedding color ideas?

so my sister is getting married, and we are hindu. we cant decide on what colors the hall should be decorated and what colors the bridesmaids should wear...any ideas?

we wanted the hall to be silver and blue because it is in december, and we want it to have a winter feel...but we wanted the saris to be teal and gold...and those two combinations wouldnt look good together....i want to stick to the silver if i had to pick either silver or gold, but any suggestions are appreciated...

THANKS!!

Id do silver-turquoise or teal, brown- maybe also lime green, navy or royal blue

Ive always loved the wedding color combination of like - orange-fushia-red-purples.

Well I would suggest to combine golden with teal color…as one is dark and one is light that is why both will complement each other so perfectly…and would look vibrant too…but silver and teal combination is quite unsuitable as both colors are light and thus both will suppress each other. eg. http://www.rajasthanistore.com/sarees/turquoise-blue-georgette-saree-with-self-woven-motifs.html
