Is exposure–sleeveless, low neck, back blouses, low hip saris, tight fits etc a sign of a womans character?
If she knows fully well the dress she wears gets men's stares and that it turns them on and still wears such dresses isnt it a reflection of her character? Are such women generally of looser character when compared to more conservatively dressed women? And what about married women who dress like that?

It’s a form of advertisement.

no, it just measn they feel god about their bodies. and there is nothing wrong with getting attention for being beautiful. its good for self-esteem and healthy sexual identity. even monogamous women need to feel sexy, beautiful, and happy (in general).

No, I do not believe that a woman’s character can be judged by her wardrobe.

Well, I think some women tend to OVER expose themselves to the point of being not only tacky and tasteless, but down right offenseve. Women like that need to learn the meaning of "Less Is More". Personally, I’d rather be thought of as sensual, than sexual.

In most cases it probably is a reflection of the woman’s personality, but sometimes a woman just wants to feel sexy. Just because you see someone with a low cut top or a slinky dress doesn’t mean she is a bad person, she might just feel down on her looks that day. The stares from men, albeit probably somewhat perverted, may give a woman some reassurance about the way she looks.

Clothing, shoes and jewellry have absolutely NOTHING to say about a person’s character - although they can tell you loads about their bank account.
But then…bank account and character have nothing to do with eachother either!

Absolutely! It’s always surprising to me to see "desperate housewives" dressed like that in the grocery stores. If you want to dress sexy, you should dress up to go out, not to go to the grocery store. My husband always says common places like the grocery stores should be normal attire.
