Is flirtatious dressing (low hip saris etc ) and behaviour in India more among idle upper middle class wifes?
This is basically a question about women, more specifically Indian women.Being idle and having a comfortable living do upper middle class and upper class wifes with not much work , tend to get more bored and flirtatious in dressing ---exhibitive dressing like low hip saris, saris of trasparent material, low neck, low back and sleeveless blouses, body hugging churidars etc-- and behaviour---do they prefer longer conversations with men and are more generous with their smiles? Does this in due course of time lead to more infidelity among them ?

You should get that upper class wives get married for money,
class,society.Its not real or true love marriage with a soulmate.They have hobbies or needs which are fulfilled by the rich successful husband.While they are trophy wives for their husbands who just needs a wife in the name only.What does a woman do with all that money other then going to parties and gossiping with her friends?Next thing is flirting,dressing up,finding younger or older men for discreet meetings for affairs.The husband even if comes to know is too busy working making money rich class society to bother about it when might be cheating wife himself while the wife has fun since she gets what she doesnt get from husband with other man.So both in this couple in upper class remain married for money,class,society.Its all fake.

I doubt that it leads to more infidelity, to flirt and attract attention is one thing. But to actually do something, well let’s just say that most Indian women wouldn’t go through with it. I’m Indian living in South Africa, I know of many women who even love other men but don’t act on it. I guess we are just becoming more Western but we shouldn’t forget our values.
