satin-y pillows?

my mother in law helped me sew five huuuge couch pillows out of this silky satiny india looking sari fabric.
Its not embellished or anything-- no sequins or such.
but two were sprayed with febreeze. my roommate panicked and rubbed water all over one of them trying to get the febreeze spots out so now i have on with tiny water spots all over it, and the other has a HUGE water spot on it.
Also her dog was on its dog equivelant of a period and left a couple of tiny blood spots on another one.
I spent 0 making these and theyre perfect! I dont want to just throw them out ! Is there anyway to undo the damage?
