Training as CS - Do I need to take my piercings out?

I've just started a Company Secretary course and from what the job will require me to wear Formal Business Attire. The thing is that I've got a small gold stud in my right cartilage and another gold stud just above my regular earrings in both my ears. I'm of Indian origin and so it's considered fine here. My question is, do I need to take them out to work as a CS in the UK?
