What language is this and what does it mean, "Sat sari akal jata da mar chotia"?

Some guy has been calling and texting my phone over and over for the last 2 days saying that he had met me at a store and that he never asked me for my number but somehow he said he was able to obtain my number, etc. etc. He's getting really creepy...telling me [the following is an actual text, word-for-word, lack of punctuation and all...haha] "Plz try 2 understand dont break my heart i am crazy about u i was so happy yesterday when i got u r no plz try to under stand plz"

I told him this is a case of mistaken identity. I politely told him to stop calling/texting me cuz I am the wrong person. Anyway, he still calls and sends messages (I don't acknowlegde them anymore) and the last text he sent a couple of hours ago read, "Sat sari akal jata da mar chotia"

If anybody can help, I would appreciate it! I would use an online translator, but it doesn't really help if I don't know what language it is to begin with.
