What should I dress her in?

I'm going to write a story, and I have know idea what to dress my character in! Here is a little about Sari (that's her name): 14 years old, really light tan, blue eyes, pixie body type, auburn wavy hair with side bangs. She likes to be noticed, but isn't a prep snob. Can be rude and moody. And this is a fairytale. Any fashion advise from those fashion divas out there?
she lives in London. I've had other people answer already, so... can you get the thing you get in the US in the UK? I'm not much of a fashion diva, so no harsh words. :3

something cute, but not something every one has. Like, maybe skinny jeans, rainbows, a shirt with a rockband and a blue and purple plaid scarf. Or you could do something really out there like a graphice tee like this one: http://www.kohls.com/kohlsStore/juniors/graphictees/novelty/PRD~544324/Alice+in+Wonderland+It+Was+All+A+Dream+Tee.jsp#

And the bottoms like this (leggings and all): http://www.papayaclothing.com/shop/goods_detail_v1.php?goodsIdx=6694&m=

With grey and purple vans or converse! good luck girlie, and you can SO do that :)

i think she should wear earthy and dark colors
i consider dark colors to be rebellious which is kind of like your character
    jeans and leggings
and shirts with rock bands on them
i think that she should have neon accessories to give her a bit of an edge
but her blue eyes and innocent hair will make her look more well innocent
