when i wear saree below my navel?
when i wear saree below my navel i leave my brooch pin just to the right of the navel?
i wear chiffon (bengali style) saree everyday but when i wear kangeevaram i tuck it very close to my navel, may be a centimeter below my navel or at the lower edge of my navel. usually i wear an inch below my navel if it's chiffon, but with kanjeevaram i have to keep it close to my navel for a more uniform look & when i leave the brooch to the right, my pallav gets stuck to the edge of the brooch leaving my stomach wide open exposing my navel and the left side of my stomach. but due to the way i wear my kanjeevaram sarees, sometimes only the top portion of my navel is exposed, however since i wear saree very appropriately i'm not too worried about the problem of a little navel exposure, trust me it's stands out quite decently. but i feel weird with half portion of navel visible and the other half under my saree pleats. my issue is i can't tell when pallu gets stuck like that, do you ladies have a similar problem. i tried to wear kanjeevaram sarees little lower - not too low, may be an inch as in my the other picture but that did not help either cause kanjeevaram tends to slip easily. i have no idea if it's ok to allow half visible navel exposed out for everyone to make fun of. In chiffon sarees i have no issues if my navel is exposed cause i make sure the saree is an inch below my navel as in the pic. do you think half exposed navel is ok or any suggestions?

Half exposed navel will not make the guys mad but there is no doubt of getting attraction. But your navel can get full attention when it displayed completely as you show it in chiffon sarees. I want your lovely navel should be exposed in all the sarees. Anyway you are not going to wear kancheevaram sarees for all the functions. Then no need of worrying baby. If your navel is deep, half navel is more than enough to make guys hot.

I belong to Pakistan and love to wear saree and I wear saree about 3 inches below my navel. I am one in my complete family wearing saree. My family members don’t like it and they want me to wear saree above navel. It is very strange on one hand every one likes my navel and always eager to see even they want to touch my navel on the other hand they want me to hide my navel. When I say you and many ladies wear jeans low on your hips, many times all of you show your hips even some times you show your full hips also if you have not shaved, your pubic hairs show and always your navel show is possible. I get answer all that is by accident not purposely. They think I wear saree purposely to show my navel. It is wrong. I wear below nave because I feel comfortable there and what is my fault if I have beautifull navel, I don’t say only all of you like it and your eagerness shows my navel is beautifull.

Really wearing saree below navel is worth only for those ladies who have fleshy and deep navel . By doing so they get more sexy look and get attracted easily on getting navel flashed.
Those ladies who have deep navel should expose slightly , bcx this is meant for making excitement

Ram mohan is right upto some extent. Wear saree below navel low on your hips. Regardless fleshy navel and fleshy buttocks you have to wear it to expose your navel and fleshy hips. It is not meant for excitement it is also good for health and you can keep cover with pallu, you are safe, seek and hide is more sexy.

I am Sujatha 26 years old married women. I wear saree 3 to 4 inch below navel. Before marriage 3 years ago I used to wear saree above navel. It was my MIL who suggested me to wear saree belwo navel after marriage. Now I feel very comfortable to wear saree below navel even though my stomach have lot of pregency strech marks on it.
